Hi.

If you'd have told me 6 months ago, that Speak Up Now UK was a thing, I would've laughed. I would've laughed because I was emotionally fried and severely depressed with no space in my mental to even think of helping others.

But I did it. It started off as a platform for people to write their experiences and get in touch with me; it has become so much more. Not only will it support and help other truth tellers out there, but it will bring healing and comfort to those who find themselves in the weird and wonderful world of whistleblowing.

Speaking out is something that many people are afraid to do, for various reasons that are all legitimate and understandable. I want to help erradicate those reasons why you shouldn't speak out. Whether it's judgement from colleagues, financial security or just because you simply don't know how to.

Because what is a world where you can't tell the truth?
