Why the Campaign Exists:
Isabelle's Campaign is a national campaign founded by Issy Vine and now led by Speak Up Now UK. The campaign calls for fundamental reform of how police misconduct is investigated across England and Wales.

The campaign believes that public confidence in policing depends on independent accountability, greater transparency and a system that is trusted by both the public and those who report misconduct. It proposes replacing the current fragmented system with a fully independent National Police Misconduct Body, alongside a National Police Misconduct Register and stronger public disclosure rights.
Every year, members of the public, police officers and police staff report concerns about misconduct, discrimination, abuse of authority and corruption. Yet many people feel that the current complaints system lacks independence and transparency.

Isabelle's Campaign was created to promote constructive reform that strengthens accountability, improves safeguarding and rebuilds public trust—not to criticise policing as a whole, but to support a system that commands confidence and protects those who serve with integrity.

The Six Key Reforms:
